Here is our first report as part of the 12th Games Lab.
In the first three weeks we managed to do quite a lot. First of all, of course, we've built a team. We came up with team work rules, development rules, and an art pipeline. We set up a CI/CD pipeline to be abe to build the project in Gitlab.
Also, we developed a goal tree. A very convenient tool that allows you not to lose focus of development and understand your goals at any time. Here is the current version of our tree:
We also created a prototype of the quest system, made concepts for the visual style of architecture and initial 3D models of buildings and landscape elements. We are currently working on a prototype for the main location.
